Karen has 20+ years of experience solving complex problems, leading and training others to create a better workplace.  She is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has supported Lean Manufacturing deployment at multiple companies. She believes in empowerment, strong use of metrics and goals, and simplification of processes.  She is a hands-on leader, committed to creating an inclusive and learning environment.
